How to request a refund or report an issue
If you experience any problem with your order, please contact our customer support first at info@vacs-dustbags.uk
We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and agree on the most suitable solution with you.
Faulty or incorrect items
If the goods you received are faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please contact us by email and include your order number, a description of the issue, and ideally photos of the product.
- We will review your request as quickly as possible, usually within a few working days.
Returns (non-faulty items)
If you wish to return goods that are not faulty (e.g. ordered by mistake):
- Please contact us first at info@vacs-dustbags.uk.
- We will assess your request individually.

- Please do not send any goods back without contacting us first.
- We aim to handle all requests quickly and fairly, usually within a few working days.
