How to return items or ask for a refund

1. Download and print the return form.
2. Fill out your basic information: first and last names, order number, telephone number, and email address.
3. Select the reason for the return from the list or write in another reason for the return.
4. Select your preferred solution – to exchange the goods for the same or a different type of item or to have the money refunded to your account.
5. Fill in the date and sign the form.
6. Send us the goods, including the return form, to the following address:
